Dr. Francisco Martinez

Dr. Martínez was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. He completed secondary school in Puerto Rico and later studied at both the University of Puerto Rico and The Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, obtaining a Medical Doctor Degree from the latter in 1985. He completed his Pediatric Residency Program at Flushing Medical Hospital Center affiliated with Weill Cornell Medicine, after which he joined Dr. Jesus Pichardo Pediatrics Center, working for ten years to serve the youth populations of Queens and Brooklyn. Dr. Martínez opened his own pediatric practice in 2004. He has over 24 years of experience in the field. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Dr. Gabriela Bisonó

Dr. Bisonó was born and raised in Queens, New York. She graduated from The City College of New York in 2012 and obtained a Medical Doctor Degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in 2017. She completed her Pediatric Residency Program at the New York-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital Columbia University Medical Center in 2020. Dr. Bisonó served as the co-president of the Pediatric Resident Diversity and Inclusion Council (NYP-Columbia). She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Anthony D'Angelo

Dr. D’Angelo was born in Queens, New York and graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. John’s University in 1988. He later obtained a Master’s Degree in Education from Adelphi University as well as a Medical Degree from Ponce School of Medicine. He completed a Residency in Pediatrics at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in 2005 and a Fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 2008. In addition to having over 16 years of experience in the pediatrics field, Dr. D’Angelo previously taught ESL to immigrant students at St. John’s and Long Island University. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
